Thank you for using the Thank you for using the app. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly in the mobile application.
Very Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. After deletion:
- You will lose access to your trading account forever
- All trading history, open positions, charts, and settings will be deleted
- Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before deleting the account
How to Delete Your Account (Step-by-Step Instructions)
Please follow these exact steps in the WOUFX TRADE mobile application:
Open the Account tab
At the bottom of the app screen, tap the ACCOUNT icon (far right).
Open User Settings
In the Account section, tap USER SETTINGS.
Go to the Security tab
At the top of the User Settings screen, tap the SECURITY tab.
Delete Account
Scroll down to the section DELETE ACCOUNT.
Tap the red button Tap the red button .
A confirmation window will appear with the text:
Tap the red Tap the red button to confirm.
Account deletion completed
Your account is now permanently deleted.
What Happens to Your Data After Deletion
Upon deletion of your account through the app:
All data directly associated with your active account usage (trading history, open positions, settings, charts, platform logs, etc.) will be thoroughly and permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
However, in accordance with US legal requirements (Bank Secrecy Act / FinCEN) and our AML/KYC obligations, certain records must be retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure. This is a standard mandatory requirement for all licensed financial services providers and cannot be waived.
Additionally, your Email address, First Name, and Surname are retained solely as a record confirming that you requested deletion of your account. This data is kept for the duration of the app’s existence only for compliance and continuity purposes.
How to Request Full Data Deletion
(including Email, First Name, and Surname)
If you want us to delete everything (including the three retained fields above), simply write to us at:
In the email please include:
- The email address you used to register
- “Request full data deletion after account removal”
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation of complete deletion.
