This Cookie Policy (the "Policy") explains how WOUFX LLC (the "Company", "WOUFX", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website woufx.com and within the WOUFX TRADE platform (the "Platform").

This Policy forms an integral part of the Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, Legal Information and Full Disclosure, AML/KYC Policy, and other corporate governance documents adopted in accordance with the WOUFX LLC Operating Agreement.

The Company operates strictly under the 100% A-Book ECN DMB execution model. B-Book and Hybrid models are strictly prohibited and are not used under any circumstances. Services are not provided to U.S. Persons or to individuals from sanctioned jurisdictions as defined in the Client Agreement.

WOUFX LLC remains the sole Data Controller and determines the purposes and means of processing.

Certain technical infrastructure, hosting, and operational support services may be performed by:

WOUFX Technologies Ltd. acts strictly as a data processor under a written intercompany data processing mandate and processes data solely on documented instructions of WOUFX LLC. It does not act as an independent controller and does not establish direct client relationships.

3. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Where third parties act as processors, contractual safeguards are implemented to ensure confidentiality and security.

Where infrastructure or hosting is provided by WOUFX Technologies Ltd., such processing occurs strictly under intercompany data processing agreements and under the sole authority of WOUFX LLC as Data Controller.
